This week’s post features Haley and Trey’s beautiful wedding back in March. This couple was so amazing to work with and their wedding day was nothing short of beautiful! We lucked out with a rare warm sunny day amidst all the rain we had in the spring. I want to give a huge shoutout to Black Mountain Weddings for always being wonderful to work along side, and for sharing the video and photos of this special day!
Haley and Trey met through friends and on their first date at a Mexican restaurant, Trey told the servers it was Haley’s birthday (it wasn’t). From there, their love story continued and Trey popped the question at a barbecue surrounded by family and friends. Haley told me he was so nervous that the ring box fell out of his pocket as he went to propose! They are such a sweet couple and are always keeping each other’s spirits high with laughter and love!
The afternoon ceremony was held in front of one of the oak trees on the property, which haley brought fabric to drape from the branches to “glam” it up a bit. 🙂 She also brought in various sizes of wooden stumps and colorful rugs to create a unique aisle and backdrop. The florals from Black Tie Floral Design were a great compliment to their style and bohemian/rustic theme and colors of white, blush, navy + greenery.
Haley and Trey’s wedding day was truly a celebration of love! Our team had a blast putting together their special day and had an awesome vendor team to work with as well! Be sure to check out their information below.
