Yita & Ian: October 22, 2017

Today’s post is all about the Saunders wedding! This blustery day turned out to be such a beautiful, romantic fall wedding. The winds that day got up to 20 miles per hour – but as you will see that turned out some amazing supermodel status bridal shots. 🙂 Huge thank you to Jennifer Cody for allowing us the use of her photos for this post. They are simply stunning! Be sure to check out her info linked at the end of the post!

Yita and Ian were such an amazing couple to work with. Yita and I actually used to work together a few years ago in Nashville! When she approached me about her wedding day I knew exactly what she would want: Flowers. Yita loves flowers, romance, and her family. And that’s exactly what her wedding day was all about. Surrounded by her family and friends, she and Ian were married on a beautiful Sunday afternoon back in October and it is a day I will always remember – for the amazing clients of course, and our first Hava-Nagila! Mazeltov!

Yita + Ian’s theme was fall romance, with some celestial flair! They both expressed a love of the moon, and one of their first dates was looking at the moon through Ian’s telescope. They brought that theme to their wedding with an AMAZING crescent moon backdrop for the ceremony built by the groom, a beautiful crescent hair clip in the bride’s hair, and a galaxy-themed groom’s cake.

It was such an honor to be a part of this couple’s big day and to assist in the planning of their celebration of a new life together. They had such a lovely celebration and it was so heartwarming to see their families come together to celebrate – some came as far as Costa Rica, where the bride is originally from!
